1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Photolog ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and the developer only; Apple is not a party and is not responsible for the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. The App may also be accessed via Family Sharing or volume purchases.

3. App Description

Photolog lets you organize photos, track progress, and maintain personal journals. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. Privacy & Data

• All data stays on your device.
• The developer does not collect or transmit personal data.
• Back up your own data; deleting the App deletes all local data.
• See our Privacy Policy.

⚠️ Important: Deleting the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

5. Subscriptions

• Some features require paid subscriptions via Apple ID.
