FLOWN is the first remote work-focused accommodation booking platform in the world, seeking to help people think and work more creatively and productively. We want innovators, thinkers, creators - any type of knowledge worker - to use FLOWN to achieve 'deep work'. This is a practical guide to help you set up and shoot images for FLOWN. We'll explain how you can consider all the elements of taking images of your property, so that FLOWN can be furnished with the very best images to make your property shine and attract our Members.
During your Intro Call, you'll have been taken through the 3 use cases we are offering members, and you'll have chosen one or more to support:
This use case is about work performed at a desk, likely with a laptop. The desk should be positioned so the Member will have an inspiring aspect while they work, e.g. a view out the window. Hosts are encouraged to also provide additional FLOWN Kit items like monitors and white boards (your property will turn up on more search results if these Kit items are available).
This use case is about work done away from a desk, and can include reading, studying, reflecting, or a digital detox. The property should have a private spot inside and outside the property for the Member to sit comfortably and enjoy the surroundings.
This use case is about a small team going away together to collaborate or connect. They will need a collaboration table (any large table that a small team can comfortably sit around), presentation capabilities (like a large screen monitor or a projector), and ideally a white board or flipchart.
There are 4 types of images we'll need from you:
This is the main image that we use for your property. It will be the main image shown in the Search Results page, and the largest image shown on your Property Details page (see images below). All our hero images must demonstrate the use case your property will be supporting. They are always in Landscape mode.
If you are supporting multiple use cases, you will need to provide a hero image per each use case.
