This Privacy Policy describes how AdobixTech ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Phone Pro – Call Manager mobile application ("App"). Phone Pro – Call Manager is developed by AdobixTech. By using the App, you agree to this policy.


  1. INFORMATION THE APP USES

1.1 Contact Information The App accesses your device's contact list to provide dialer and contact management. This may include: • Contact names and phone numbers • Contact photos (if stored in your contacts) • Email addresses and other contact details • Company, job title, and notes

1.2 Call Information To provide call and call-history features, the App uses: • Call history (incoming, outgoing, missed) • Phone numbers and call duration • Timestamps and phone state (e.g. to show incoming calls)

1.3 In-Call Voice Visualization During a call, the App may use the microphone (with your permission) only to display a voice-level visualization on the call screen. This is processed in real time on your device only; no audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.


  1. HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION

We use the above solely to: • Provide dialer, contact management, and call history • Display and manage incoming/outgoing calls and the in-call screen • Support T9 search, favorites, and contact organization • Show reminders and notifications you set (e.g. call reminders) • Improve your experience within the App

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
