This is the set of rewards for running a scan node during Fortification Phase 2.
A fixed amount of FORT per chain will be earned as rewards every week between all qualifying Scan Nodes, according to performance, measured by their SLA score.

Rewards Distribution
Based on the SLA score, rewards are calculated and distributed as follows:
- For those who earn more than 500 FORT in a week and haven’t received their stake shares before, they receive their stake shares (valid for the 500 FORT staked in their node) and then they will receive FORT for the difference between their earned rewards and 500.
- Example: Participant earned X FORT (with X > 500). Participant receives:
- Stake shares (equivalent to 500 FORT)
- Y FORT (with Y = X - 500)
- Shares are ERC1155 NFT.
- For those who earned less than 500 FORT or who already have stake shares, they receive all of their assigned rewards in FORT.
- All rewards will be sent in Polygon.
Notes:
- Total supply of FORT is 1,000,000,000 tokens
- Rewards per participant will depend on their relative performance to others, measured by an SLA score, and the amount of time in the week which they performed at that SLA score.
- *SLA Score will determine if and how much of the reward each scan node gets.
- 100% reward: Average SLA ≥ 0.9
- 80% reward: Average SLA ≥ 0.75
- No reward: Average SLA < 0.75*

- For Week 3, the 24 hours following the required restart which happened on May 11th have been excluded for SLA calculation.
- During week 7, Forta experienced an operational issue with the Forta Alert API where a % of requests were returning a 502 error to scanners. To be as fair as possible, the entire duration of the event (4 hours on 6/8/22) has been excluded from SLA calculations to avoid penalizing anyone during that time.
While the Forta Network will be fully functional and the tokens will have immediate utility, all FORT tokens distributed during the Fortification Phase will be subject to technological transfer restrictions that only permit the token to be used within the Forta Network.
