Simply list your goals, everything you want to achieve. Then assign a number for impact - if the goal will have a HIGH impact on your career, give it a high number. If the goal will have a LOW impact on your career, give it a low number. Assign number values ranging from 1 to 10. Then revisit your goal list and think about the ease of implementation. How easy or hard will it be to achieve these goals? If an objective is EASY to achieve, give it a HIGH number. If a goal is HARD to achieve, then give it a LOW number. Now add these numbers together - objectives with a higher impact-ease score will be both impactful and easy to implement.
