This Privacy Policy explains how the PetSense AI application (“the app”, “we”) collects, processes, stores, and protects user data.

By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

The app processes the following types of data to deliver its features and AI analysis services.

1.1 Pet Photos (Stored in Firebase Storage)

The app stores only pet photos uploaded by the user. These photos:

• Are used for AI analysis and pet profile creation
• Can be deleted at any time
• Are automatically removed when the related pet profile is deleted

No other media files are permanently stored.

1.2 Audio & Video Files (Not Stored)

The app analyzes audio and video files, but:

• These files are used temporarily for AI processing
• They are not stored on any server
• They are deleted immediately after the analysis
• Only the resulting insights are saved in the user’s account
