• Iconic goals doc - few goals which are extremely ambitious and long term, personally and for the company
• How do we shift orbits doc - its a running document with a list of short to mid term needle moving things. Do not confuse these with regular day to day stuff. Look at this regularly to prioritize.
• Ideas database - make a master list of all possible ideas that occur. Could seem important or trivial. Use this as the ideas bank and then move the needle moving ideas to orbit shifting doc.
• Spend time on weekends to plan the week on calendar + sprint planning
• Increase your network as a system - reach out 2 people every week > update them once a month
