Responsibilities

• Organization of meetings, telephone conversations;
• Maintaining calendar;
• Organization of business trips (tickets, visas, hotels, reporting);
• Support on business trips (including traveling abroad);
• Preparation of programs for meetings;
• Preparation of reports;
• Receiving and filtering calls, receiving correspondence.

Qualifications

• Very good organizational and communication skills;
• Experience in PA/butler position for 5+ years;
• Butler certification is a big advantage
• Experienced user of iOS
• Ability to prioritize a lot of tasks and work under pressure
• Multitasking
• Be ready to be available 24/7 and overtime
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with Google Calendar and Google Drive
