Learn how to set up restaurant user permissions and preferences

To edit restaurant user permissions and preferences, head to admin.eatapp.co and log in with a manager account. From here navigate to the "Permissions" tab.

Restaurant users in Eat App can fall into one of four categories.

1. Manager
2. Staff
3. Call Center Manager
4. Call Center Staff

From the permissions tab in Eat App you'll be able to define what permissions each user type possesses as well as a few preference settings.

Permissions

There are a number of permissions that can be toggled per restaurant user type, below you will find a list of the options currently present in Eat App along with what they each represent.

• Manage invoices: Grant the ability to view and manage invoices
• Manage crm tagging: CRM functionality settings
• Download reservations report: Reservation reports functionality settings
• Manage restaurant users: Core restaurant level feature permission
• Disable reservation deletion: Grant the ability to delete in house reservations.
• Download crm: Grant the ability to download guest data from Advanced Guest Reports.
• Manage admin: Grant the ability access and make changes to Advanced Settings.
