- Healthy Living Allowance - You will receive an additional £80 per month gross (~£50/month net of tax), paid as a Healthy Living Allowance. The purpose of this allowance and intent for its use is to promote a healthy lifestyle and therefore must be spent on items such as gym membership, healthy eating (fruit, vegetable deliveries), fitness classes, help to quit smoking, weight loss support.

- Co-working space allowance - Up to £250/month for team members with no home office (fixed monthly fee allowed). Up to £150/month budget for team members with a home office (and the fee must be per day/drop-in rather than a fixed monthly license).
- Generous holiday - Burn out is the number one killer of creativity, so we encourage you to take plenty of well deserved time off. We offer 25 days + your birthday + public holidays. This is a guide, so don't sweat it if you go over by a day or two.
- Sabbaticals - Every three years working at Venture Harbour you can take one month off for a sabbatical while keeping 7 days holiday allowance.
