There are two lenses how we look at this value.
Our people come first because we simply believe when our people are truly taken care of they’ll be able to do their best work. For us the order of operations and the recipe to success is as follows.

Happy people build awesome products. Awesome products translate back to happy users and the end result is a healthy business.
And for the sake of the happiness of our people there has to be more to life than just work. Life is short. Spend time with your family. Love and take care of your family. Great work is a byproduct of a balanced life and feeling good.
We’re default dead without our users. We come to work everyday to build something valuable for our users, in Veri’s case that value is health, more specifically metabolic health.
In practice that means we talk with our users a lot, build MVPs to test and play around with and validate if the things we’re building and doing are providing value to our users or solving and actual real-life problem.
What we don’t do is come to work to build a product solely for ourselves or to satisfy our egos.
Without our users we don’t exist. Memento Mori.
