Core Statement PeakPoint takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we process your information when you use the PeakPoint app and its related services (the "Services"). Your use of the Services constitutes your reading and acceptance of this Policy.

I. Information We Collect and Use

我们不会为了广告目的追踪你，只在提供核心功能所必需的范围内处理数据，包括：

We do not track you for advertising purposes and only process data to the extent necessary to provide core functionalities, including:

1. 位置信息与海拔数据
   • 来源：设备定位服务、系统提供的高度信息、气压计。
   • 用途：计算并展示海拔、日出日落时间、等效含氧量，生成坐标用于仪表盘、SOS 信息等。 1. Location Information and Altitude Data
   • Sources: Device location services, system-provided altitude information, and barometer.
   • Purposes: Calculate and display altitude, sunrise/sunset times, equivalent oxygen content, and generate coordinates for the dashboard, SOS messages, etc.
2. 传感器和设备数据
   • 来源：气压计、加速度/运动等系统传感器。
   • 用途：计算体感温度、风速、湿度等户外指标，生成气压和环境趋势。
   • 说明：该类数据主要在本地处理，目前不会上传到我们自有服务器。 2. Sensor and Device Data
   • Sources: Barometer, accelerometer/motion sensors and other system sensors.
   • Purposes: Calculate outdoor metrics such as apparent temperature, wind speed and humidity, and generate barometric pressure and environmental trends.
   • Note: Such data is primarily processed locally and is not currently uploaded to our proprietary servers.
3. 天气和订阅相关数据
   • 天气数据：通过第三方气象服务（如 Open‑Meteo）获取气压、温度、湿度、风速、紫外线等。我们仅传输获取本地天气所需的最小位置信息。
   • 订阅数据：通过 Apple App Store 和订阅管理服务（如 RevenueCat）获取你的订阅状态，用于判断 Pro 权益是否生效。支付由 Apple 处理，我们无法看到你的完整支付信息。 3. Weather and Subscription-Related Data
   • Weather Data: Barometric pressure, temperature, humidity, wind speed, ultraviolet radiation and other metrics are obtained from third-party meteorological services (e.g., Open-Meteo). We only transmit the minimal location information required to retrieve local weather data.
   • Subscription Data: Your subscription status is obtained from the Apple App Store and subscription management services (e.g., RevenueCat) to verify the validity of Pro entitlements. Payments are processed by Apple, and we do not have access to your complete payment information.
4. 本地设置和你主动提供的信息
   • 包括：主题和布局、语言、签名、风险通知开关、舒适度记录、紧急联系人等。
   • 用途：为你提供个性化体验，并在你需要时用于生成 SOS 信息等。
   • 存储：主要保存在你的设备上，部分数据会加密后存储。 4. Local Settings and Voluntarily Provided Information
   • Including: Theme and layout preferences, language, signature, risk notification toggles, comfort level records, emergency contacts, etc.
   • Purposes: Provide you with a personalized experience and generate SOS messages when needed.
   • Storage: Maintained on your device, with partial data stored in an encrypted format.
