Objective
Audit the live Payton Hub data surfaces in LITIFY_ORG, validate whether the missing-items logic was trustworthy, and identify the highest-value next fixes without guessing from stale report assumptions.
What changed
- Removed the Dec page tile after live validation showed the keyword scan was effectively all false positives and
Roundtable_Client_Dec_Page__c was null across the target set.
- Removed the Signed Retainer tile for the same reason.
- Rewrote PIP detection to use live insurance coverage includes logic, which changed the result to 13 true missing-PIP matters out of 148 open Payton matters.
- Added a Stale Task Sweep panel and a stale-task age breakdown, surfacing 299 overdue tasks across 234 matters and 210 tasks that were 90+ days stale.
- Added an A/A+ treatment-without-PIP opportunity tile to keep a standing watch on the highest-leverage mismatch.
- Captured a punch list for trial-date backfill, overdue-task cleanup, treatment-plan normalization, and other confirmed gaps.
Commands and live systems touched

Rollback state
- This session documented already-shipped live changes and the resulting recon state.
- The log records the deploy IDs needed to inspect or revert the shipped metadata if required.
- No separate destructive data rollback was needed from this recon note itself.
Open follow-up
- Build the litigation trial-date visibility and update path for the 11 litigation matters with null trial dates.
