Who We Are
We’re a fast-growing international iGaming project, working with cash agents across multiple markets in Asia, Africa, and beyond. Our team is international, collaborative, and driven by results. Communication is mostly 1-on-1 in chats — we keep things simple, focused, and effective.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Find, recruit, and onboard MobCash / Payment Agents in your assigned regions.
- Support and train agents: guide them step by step on using mobile cash systems, deposits, and platform processes.
- Manage your portfolio of agents: answer questions, provide ongoing support via chat, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Conduct initial interviews with potential agents, following prepared scripts.
- Collect and organize data about agents in structured tables and report to your manager.
- Continuously search for new agents and maintain communication during onboarding.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong English (C1+) is required; additional Asian languages are a plus (Vietnamese, Thai, etc.).
- Experience in iGaming, payments, or agent networks is a plus — but we also value motivated learners ready to dive in.
- Patience and readiness to repeat instructions and explain processes multiple times.
- Comfort working independently and remotely, managing your own schedule within business hours.
- Understanding or willingness to learn MobCash / Cash Agent workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, discipline, and ability to handle agents with varying digital literacy.
