PawRecord is a pet health records app for iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, where it is stored, and how it is used.
The short version: we collect almost nothing. Your pet records live in your iCloud account — not on our servers.
Data you enter into the app — pet names, vaccine records, medication details, vet visit logs, and any photos or documents you attach. This data is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit and iCloud ubiquity container. We cannot access it. We do not see it. We do not transmit it to any server we operate.
Purchase information — if you subscribe to PawRecord Premium, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive only a confirmation that a valid purchase exists. We never see your payment details, name, or Apple ID.
No analytics data — we do not use Firebase, Mixpanel, Crashlytics, or any third-party analytics SDK. We do not track how you use the app, which screens you visit, or how often you open it. We use only Apple's built-in App Store Connect analytics, which is aggregated and anonymous.
No account — PawRecord does not have accounts, logins, or user profiles on any server we control. There is no username, no password, and no backend database associated with you.
All pet records, documents, and photos you add to PawRecord are stored in your personal iCloud account. This means:
No data is stored on servers operated by us or any third party we control.
