This project aims to develop a **Patient Data Management and Medical Examination System** for Mongkol Clinic. The system is designed as a web-based application to systematically and comprehensively manage patient information, medical examination data, and clinical documentation. Currently, the clinic faces challenges due to fragmented data storage and reliance on paper-based records for retrieving patient medical histories. These issues negatively affect service efficiency and increase the risk of human error.
The proposed system will centralize patient data, including medical history, examination and diagnosis records, medication prescriptions, and appointment information, into a single integrated platform. This will enable medical personnel to access accurate and up-to-date patient information quickly and securely. In addition, the system will support the generation of digital medical documents, such as medical documents, helping to reduce redundant manual processes and improve the overall quality of patient care.
