Success indicators:

• Passbase's DR improves from 80 on Ahrefs
• Upwards organic traffic to site or reduced bounce rate

Our desktop site is loading at >2.5s, and affects 59 URLs, most of them on the main site

While Google says it does not directly penalize longer load times, it affects UX and therefore bounce rates.
