✍️ Step 1: Drafting your proposal

Checklist for your Party Proposal Format:

• [ ] Member Name (PizzaDAO Discord name)
• [ ] Name of the Event
• [ ] Date of the Event
• [ ] Location of Event
• [ ] Projected Cost of the Event
• [ ] Details of the Event
  • [ ] Be sure to mention anything you need from PizzaDAO, such as promotional materials... etc
• [ ] Describe how the Event Will Provide Value to PizzaDAO

🧑 Step 2: Send your proposal to a member of the Pizza Mafia (or buy a Rare Pizzas Box)

• Head over to the #General Channel in our PizzaDAO discord
• Mention that you would like to throw a Pizza Party
• A Pizza Mafia member will respond to your request. Send the Pizza Mafia member your draft from above and the P.M Member will create your proposal to be presented in #Proposals to be voted upon.

🗳️ Step 3: Proposal Submission + Voting

• After the Pizza Mafia member publishes your Pizza Party Proposal, the Pizza Mafia will vote on your request.
• The results of the voting will be dependent on the following factors:
  • Quorum
  • Duration of the Poll
  • Number of Votes (options are Let’s DAO it, Needs more discussion, Let’s not DAO it)
• If your proposal is approved, it is then submitted to our multisig team.
• If your proposal is approved by the multisig team, you will be permitted to throw your pizza party!!
