Gato makes dark chocolate covered, nut butter stuffed Medjool dates that taste like a slice of chocolate cake yet are somehow good for you (sorcery!). We started at farmers markets, talked our way into Erewhon, and we're just getting going. We're two founders wearing every hat, slightly obsessed with our brand and product, and looking for a content person who gets it.
This is a real role with real runway. You start part-time, and as we grow there's a clear path to full-time and a bigger say in how the brand scales.
You live on TikTok and Instagram but you have taste. You can turn a pile of dates and a ring light into something people actually stop to watch. You clock trends before the group chat does. And you don't wait for a brief. You make the thing, show us, and have three more ideas by the time we reply.
And the trait we care about most: when something you've never done lands on your plate, you get curious. You teach yourself the tool, ask Claude, open a dozen tabs, and figure it out.
