1. Build a Network That Works for You

This is where most people drop the ball. They optimize the profile, but no one sees it.

You need to do two things consistently:

1. Regularly Engage

Start here. It’s lower risk, lower effort, and helps you warm up your voice.

Here’s the playbook:

• Curate Your Feed: Unfollow everyone not teaching you or buying from you.
• Engage with 1-5 people/day: Comment meaningfully, especially on posts from people your audience follows.
• Make a List of Thought Leaders or people that post frequently like (me): Save 20–30 profiles → Posts tab → Bookmark.

Pro Tip:

Don’t fake it. If you don’t have a real comment, skip it. And if you see a great comment? Save it—it might inspire a future post.

2. Post Regularly

Don’t wait until you “feel ready.” Just post once a week. Then increase from there.

Try these prompts:

• “What’s something you didn’t understand 5 years ago but do now?”
• “What’s a customer/stakeholder question you answer all the time?”
• “Which of your own comments sparked good replies?”

Golden Rule: One post. One idea. Keep it tight.

Skip perfection. Structure and hooks can come later.
