1. Engagement Summary

Following the Discovery phase completed on 2026-04-10, this Proposal describes the scope, structure and commercial terms for building FitMatch v1 — a web platform connecting personal trainers with clients for session booking and payments.

The Build phase is based on the approved PRD (Part 1 of this document). Any feature or requirement not included in the PRD is considered out of scope and requires a separate Change Request.
