There are a few things you need to do so we can ensure you get all you are entitled to and that the process goes smoothly.
<aside> 💡 Pento offers all employees the following Parental Leave and Pay, based on tenure:
**Less than 1 year of employment = 8 weeks**
**1-2 years of employment = 14 weeks**
**More than 2 years of employment = 16 weeks**
**For every additional year of tenure, after 3 years = 1 week additional leave (capped at 6 years tenure / 20 weeks)**
