Paperless is a strategic Document Management System (DMS) add-on integrated into Accounting+, a flagship cloud-based ERP solution by RUN System. Developed to serve large-scale multilevel corporations, Paperless simplifies complex document hierarchies and approval workflows into a streamlined digital ecosystem. By transitioning manual processes into a secure, 24/7 accessible digital platform, Paperless empowers organizations to enhance operational transparency and significantly accelerate their internal decision-making cycles.

1 Correspondence Intake As a Secretary, I want to register incoming mail from external parties so that the system can directly send it to receiver
2 Document Review As an Authorized User, I want to create a new internal document/official reply based on the registered incoming mail to ensure all external requests are handled officially.
3 Multilevel review As a Reviewer/Manager, I want to examine and provide feedback on the newly created document to ensure it complies with corporate standards before finalization.
4 Document Finalization As a Secretary, I want the system to generate the final official record once the review is completed to maintain a secure and unalterable digital archive.
