Pale Bill is an outlaw in southwest Aldrium. Charges against him include murder and some would classify Pale Bill as a serial killer and/or psychopath. Many rumors and legends surround Pale Bill including that he has super strength, can fly, turn invisible, and change appearance. Pale Bill was captured once, but escaped mysteriously. Bhhazaba Torri believes that Pale Bill may be an Oni.
A brave group of adventurers stumbled upon what they believe is Pale Bill's hideout in Minnitrill Marsh, west of Snaprock.
