Palate may display restaurant information, public food review content, thumbnails, and links to third-party platforms such as Instagram.

You may use Palate as a guest or create an account.

Creating an account may let you access features such as saving restaurants and videos, editing your profile, resetting your password, and deleting your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Palate. This includes:

• Using the app for illegal purposes
• Attempting to disrupt or damage the app
• Impersonating another person or business
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing app content without permission
• Attempting to access systems or data you are not allowed to access

5. Third-Party Content

Palate may organize or link to publicly available food review content from third-party platforms.
