Overview
Painly is a personal symptom tracking app. We built it with privacy as a priority; your health data belongs to you.
What data we collect
We do not collect personal information. We do not require you to create an account.
The symptoms, medications, notes, and other health information you log are stored locally on your device only. This data does not leave your phone unless you choose to generate a Doctor Summary.
Doctor Summary feature
When you tap "Generate Summary", your symptom log is sent to our secure server, which uses Claude by Anthropic to generate a clinical summary. This data is used only to produce your summary and is not stored, sold, or used for any other purpose.
