Ingredients:
- 300g ground pork
- 4–6 cloves garlic
- 3–8 Thai chilies, to taste
- 1–2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 small shallot, optional
- 1–2 long beans, sliced small, optional
- Hot jasmine rice
- 2 fried eggs
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1–2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Finish:
- 1 big handful Thai holy basil
Steps:
- Pound or finely chop the garlic and Thai chilies together. Keep it a little chunky, not too smooth.
- Mix the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, dark soy sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
