- dry the tofu by squeezing all the water out using a paper towel (might need to do this a couple times)
- fry the tofu/protein with some vegetable oil, put it to the side (NOTE: the next few steps move really fast because of the heat, make sure all your veggies are chopped and ready to go!)
- heat up frying pan with just the vegetable oil, you want it pretty hot (maybe 2-3 mins)
- add garlic and chilis to the oil, stir for 1-2 mins
