Core Responsibilities

Support client delivery

• Build, send, and synthesize responses to client surveys
• Prepare for facilitated sessions in Notion
• Own, organize, and send reference materials to clients
• Build well-formatted presentations in Google Slides
• Engage clients throughout the week with follow-ups
• Collect and report on client feedback

Lead internal operations

• Draft new proposals and contracts and collect signatures
• Execute on prospective client survey responses
• Draft emails for sales outreach, like via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Research and report on prospective clients
• Own, maintain, and report on CRM tools
