Curb (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a habit-limiting app developed by Appfinity. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data, including:

• App opens and screen views
• General device information (device model, OS version)
• Country/region (coarse location derived from IP address)
• App performance and crash data

This data is aggregated and anonymous — it cannot be used to identify you personally.

Data You Create

All habit data you enter (habit names, logs, notes, streaks, and challenges) is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of this data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Precise location data
• Contacts, photos, or files
• Health or fitness data
• Advertising identifiers for ad targeting

Third-Party Services

Firebase Analytics (Google)

Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage statistics to help us understand how the app is used and improve it. Google’s privacy policy applies to this data: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Data Storage & Security

Your habit data never leaves your device. It is stored in a local database and is not backed up to any server we operate. If you delete the app, all local data is permanently deleted.
