Polyvia is a skill-tracking mobile application that helps users build consistent practice habits. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Polyvia app (“the App”).

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (if you sign up with email)
• Display name (entered during onboarding, or provided by Google or Apple)
• Google account information (email, display name, and profile photo URL if you sign in with Google)
• Apple account information (email and display name if you sign in with Apple; Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email)
• Firebase User ID (a unique identifier assigned to your account)
• Authentication provider (whether you signed in with Google, Apple, or email)
• Account creation date

App Usage Data

The following data is created by you within the App and stored to provide the service:

• Skills you create (name, color, icon, practice duration settings)
• Practice sessions (duration, start time, completion time, associated skill)
• Journal entries (text content you write after practice sessions)
• Rest days (dates you mark as rest days for streak tracking)
