• Do we collect any information from third parties? We do not collect any information from third parties, except for the basic profile information you authorize us to receive from Apple or Google when you choose Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
• How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.
• In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific third-party sub-processors strictly necessary to run the App (Firebase, Apple, RevenueCat). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
• How do we keep your information safe? We have adequate organisational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. Communications with our servers are TLS-encrypted, passwords are hashed by Firebase Authentication, and access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
• What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information. Under the GDPR (which applies to you if you are in the EU/UK/France), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection.
• How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by submitting a request to pavelevtushenko12@gmail.com or by deleting your account directly from the Profile screen in the App. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
