- Corrected the targeting scope: marketing work should default to auto accident and MVA, including vehicle-crash sub-lanes, not generic personal injury.
- Added a local memory update so future Google Ads, Meta, GA4, SEO, audience, creative, conversion, and landing-page recommendations stay auto accident/MVA-first.
- Reviewed PMax setup, conversion mix, asset groups, assets, audience signals, bid posture, final URL expansion, landing-page performance, search categories, and placements.
- Ran Playwright desktop and mobile checks on the homepage, workers compensation page, Louisville location page, practice index, results page, Sam bio, dedicated car accident page, and rights-after-accident page.
- Created local report files at

Key Findings
- PMax is active on Maximize Conversions with a
$200 daily budget and no tCPA or tROAS.
- Last 30 days:
$5,774.86 spend, 947 clicks, 34 primary conversions, 111 all conversions, $169.85 primary CPA.
- There are no PMax audience signals. The single asset group is limited and has average ad strength.
- Only
2 text assets were clearly MVA-aligned. Broad or generic PI assets are still eligible, including auto-created personal injury and FAQ messaging.
12 assets are limited and 2 auto-created ad images are pending.
- Final URL expansion contains
125 URLs. Only 15 were classified as MVA-aligned; 45 were off-scope or low-intent.
- The homepage received most PMax traffic while the dedicated car accident page received only

Suggested Next Steps
Stage an MVA-only cleanup package before any live Ads write: URL allowlist or page feed, MVA search themes and audience signals, asset replacements, policy review for limited assets, and conversion-goal cleanup that preserves signed-retainer and qualified-lead feedback. Do not add tCPA or increase budget until the campaign is cleaner.
