1 培训开始Preface

今天是2017-2018学年第二学期国培中心宝安教学点的外教第一次专业技能培训。40名外教，齐聚海旺学校，共同参与本次培训。

Today is the first CIPTC Foreign Teacher Professional Development Training for the second semester of the 2017-2018 school years. 40 Foreign Teachers gathered in Haiwang School, to participate in this training.

2 培训内容Training

本次培训的主持团队比较特别，与以往不同，这次的主持团队并不是来自同一个学校。事实上，台上的三个主持人来自不同学校，但是他们拥有了一个共同的特征——导师学员。可以这样说，他们是未来国培导师的后备军。

The host team was special. This time the hosts were not the teachers from the same school as usual. In fact, they came from different schools, but they all shared a common trait in that they were all Mentors-In-Training with our new Mentor Internship Program. They are the future mentors to our growing bunch in Bao’an.

三位导师学员很好地主持了整个培训。导师学员Elmer问道：“教学最重要的是什么？”每个人都有不同的答案，但是有个答案让他频频点头，那就是启发。对学生来说，知识重要，但是启发他们去学习知识更为重要。
