Notice to Students and Parents: By purchasing a review or booking a session with PATHORA, you agree to the following terms. These policies ensure we can deliver high-quality, 12-hour turnaround support consistently to all students.
Description of Services
PATHORA provides student-informed admissions guidance, specifically:
- Essay Review: Annotated feedback and scoring rubrics for supplemental applications.
- Consultation: 1-on-1 virtual sessions for strategy, story building, and path planning.
Important Limitation: PATHORA is a mentorship and advisory service. We provide feedback, instructions on what to keep or crop, and strategic direction. We DO NOT provide ghostwriting, direct editing, or structural rewriting. The student remains the sole author of their work.
Payment & Word Count Verification
- Pricing Tiers: Fees are calculated per individual prompt based on word/character count (Tier 1, 2, or 3).
- Verification: Our mentors verify all word counts upon receipt.
- Discrepancy Policy: If the payment does not match the actual word count of the submitted document, the 12-hour turnaround is paused. PATHORA will notify the client, and the review will only resume once the balance is settled.
The 12-Hour Turnaround Policy
- Trigger: The 12-hour window begins only when both the full payment and the correct, organized document have been received.
- Scope: This applies to Essay Reviews. 1-on-1 consulting sessions are subject to the scheduling calendar.
- Exclusions: Deliveries may be delayed during major Canadian holidays; such delays will be posted on the website in advance.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds: Due to the time-sensitive nature of admissions and the immediate allocation of our mentors, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused sessions or reviews.
- Session Rescheduling: For 1-on-1 consulting, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email to reschedule.
- No-Show Policy: If a student is more than 15 minutes late or fails to show up for a scheduled session without 24 hours' notice, the hour is considered "planned" and will be deducted from their balance.
