The Idea is to encourage CN contributor deep dive into 1 x bDAO guild operation or project, and derive insight and produce an article detailing the experience, or be a guest speaker to tell the story at our AMA.
The candidate will be compensated by BanklessCN for achieving KPI:
KPI 1: contributing a bDAO guild or project with impact
KPI 2: write up a original article detailing the experience, seek help from BankelssCN if needed
KPI 3: Be a guest speaker at our AMA and share your experience.

The ideal outcome is that we allow the candidate to try making an impact in other guild/ project but being paid by BanklessCN to do so, and that at the end of 1-2 month participation the candidate will have something valuable to share about:
how a particular project or guild operates
what are the highlights of their operation
what are some weakness and make recommendation to improve them
Initially we are seeking 2 x candidates for this project.
