When we face major challenges, we also always have to make decisions under uncertainty. In the context of startup projects, we are confronted with very high uncertainty, especially at the beginning. With appropriate tools, methods and an iterative feedback process we can reduce this uncertainty. We can think of this process as a funnel (see graphic above).
By completing the workshop, you will experience first-hand what this means. With each knowledge lesson, each challenge, and each sense of accomplishment, the funnel narrows and you become better able to focus on your goal. The following learning modules are arranged in such a way that they reflect the chronological milestones at the beginning of a startup project as well as possible.
