The Orders get created in Shipox DMS through various inputs methods (read more here on how to create orders in Shipox). Once orders are created these can be assigned to courier companies or internal drivers (read steps on how to assign drivers to orders).
The Drivers on getting assigned to order will see the order in their app. Now, these drivers can update the status of these orders in real-time and let everyone including operations/admin or customers know if the orders are picked up or out for delivery.
Till the time of marking order delivery, the driver can view the orders in his app. On completing the delivery the orders will be moved to completed orders and the driver will no longer be able to update those orders.
The smart driver's app also captures all the important attempts and delivery timestamps so that you can measure all the KPIs for your business.
