Ambassador Program Overview

Background**:**

1. We need to create a simple campaign about the product and added value with a clear Call to action to join.

1a. Define Program's mission and/or goals (this can be an edit to Mission Statement copy on the Program's goals)

2. We need to create a DB of influential individuals and organizations (citizens, local authorities: cities, organisation) that we can contact and that are aligned with our Values. They could become part of our groups of ambassadors.

3. Onboarding

3a. Onboarding Agenda (Step by Step or How it Works)

3b. Key Onboarding Persons (Points of Contact)

3c. Process Map: How do they receive this information? etc

4. They message should be that they will have all the information and contacts in one place where they can collaborate,.

5. We might have also some information exchange workshops among ambassadors to boost the number of stakeholders involved.
