Resonance.

The theme for this edition comes from the very essence of the WorldVision Song Contest. At its core, the goal of the event is to determine which song is most enjoyed by viewers across the multiverse. To achieve this, countries attempt to build entries that resonate with the audience and can win their hearts.

Resonance—the act of resonating—is also a term that you'll see when you study acoustics, the physics of sound. It concerns the way sound travels and is amplified by those who have matching natural frequencies. When a song resonates with you, then it will naturally be a match! You will love, you will vote for it, and you will hope it does well. The WorldVision Song Contest, where countries compete to resonate with viewers, thus becomes a matchmaking service, connecting viewers with songs and artists that may be of the same frequency as them.

Visuals

The visuals, designed by the Atelier des Torres design studio, are rooted in Cafalon's reputation as the "City of Ideas". They take a rather minimalist approach, sticking with monochrome colours to allow space for the entrants—representing the diverse cultures of the multiverse—to truly shine. The design is also inspired by the tools that the scholars and polymaths today use in generating and sharing their ideas.

Logo

The logo is pretty self-explanatory. It is inspired by the 💯 emoji, with the number being the current edition's. This particular emoji was chosen to also reflect that it has been exactly 100 editions since Kalosia debuted in the WorldVision Song Contest, so there is a nod to the host country's legacy here.

Flag emojis

For this hosting we will also introduce emoji-style flags of each of the participating nations. These will be incorporated in the graphics, including in title cards and the scoreboard. We will make these design assets available in hi-res to all delegations with a valid entry for their own promotional purposes throughout the contest.
