Complete Streets at Pitt aims to give the students of the University of Pittsburgh a voice in matters related to the infrastructure that is relied upon daily by students, faculty, and staff.
Our vision is to be the hub of urbanist and complete street advocacy on campus at the University of Pittsburgh.
Our users entrust us with their money, their businesses, and their livelihoods. Millions of businesses around the world (individuals, startups, and large enterprises) are open for business only if we are. When we mess up, miss a deadline, or slow down, it matters. We take that responsibility seriously.
We strive to provide students with opportunities to advance their professional experience by working with other leaders in our movement.
We know the importance of our street networks to the vitality of our communities. That’s why we’re committed to thoughtful and well-reasoned developments in our city.
We refuse to let the car-ocracy win. We know we fight an uphill battle, but we remain optimistic that changes can be made to improve the economy, safety, and quality of life along our streets.
