We use 1-on-1 meetings to provide an opportunity for frequent communication between managers and their direct reports. These meetings are typically 30-45 minutes in length. 1-on-1 meetings are intended to be a flexible, collaborative forum for both parties to discuss topics such as current goals, any barriers, and progress as well as feedback and recognition, career development, etc.
Every two weeks our Talent Attraction and Hiring Services divisions meet with their respective teams to discuss how current engagements are going, upcoming projects in the sales process, celebrate wins, and solicit feedback from the group on challenges happening in projects.
Once per year, we bring our entire core team, which includes our full-time employees and lead consultants, to Austin, TX for several days of content production, working sessions, and team bonding. Our annual retreat is held during the first week of November. It provides us with the opportunity to review the previous ten months together and look ahead to the coming year before things slow down in preparation for the holiday season. This is our most anticipated event of the year, and is a blast to attend! Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this event will be held virtually until further notice.
