What does our normal hiring process look like?

This could be the normal process for most roles

  1. Introductory call with Initial contact

    This is most likely the person who reached out to you or shortlisted you having an Initial conversation. This step is to know you better and want to know more about you, some hidden skills besides resume. Bring to us what you are having to help us at Dehidden's mission.

  2. Second Call with Founding Team member

    Here you will be Interacting with Founding team members related to the domain knowing more about Dehidden's vision. Here the conversation would be more focused on Roles and Responsibilities understanding Skillset, Tech Stack, and Problem-solving abilities.

    For Engineering roles, we might ask you for a small curated task/Assignment to help us understand you better.

  3. Final Call with Founders

    If you're at this stage, we are really excited to work with you! You will be Interacting with the Founders knowing them better and your chance to ask questions to know more about Dehidden!

Post this final call you will receive communication from Our end over whether we would be working together or vice versa.

Timeline for our Hiring Process

For Engineering/Task-Based Roles,

We usually tend to complete this process maximum within 2 Weeks (1 Sprint) from the Initial introductory call. We will work with you to help you out adjusting time frames for Assignments/Tasks as per the availability. We don't overburden you :)

For Non-Engineering Roles

We usually tend to complete this process within a week! but here too we will work with you to help you out adjusting time frames as per your availability.
