Support Group Agreement/Ground Rules

1. Meetings are confidential: we can share themes of what was discussed at meetings with others, e.g. side effects of steroid treatment, but we will not share individual comments or feedback.
2. We welcome new members and will introduce them to others.
3. We respect and appreciate each other’s points of view.
4. We encourage active listening and speaking openly.
5. We include everyone equally.
6. We switch phones onto silent during meetings.
7. We share responsibility for making the Group work effectively.
8. We will share our experiences but are not a replacement for medical information – this should be sought from your medical team.
