$500 per month of co-working space reimbursement. Use your company card for these expenses if the amount is less than or equal to $500/month. After three years from your last equipment upgrade or purchase, you will be automatically approved to purchase new equipment with a $3,500 budget.
Alternatively, if your current setup isn’t cutting it for you, is having problems, or if you have special requirements for your job and need to spend more than $3,500, don't wait and just ask. We never want your equipment getting in the way of doing your job.
If you leave the company, you can keep the old laptop and don’t have to turn it in after 3 years of usage. If you leave the company at any time before the 3-year period or leave after getting a new laptop (after the 3-year mark) you have the option to buy the laptop from the company. $1,000 per year of charity donation matching to an organization of your choice. We are offering an annual charity donation match to all employees. We will match 100% of donations made to a 501(c)(3) of your choice, up to $1,000 annually. We will be using a platform called BrightFunds to make this super easy for you.
