If you have been building worlds and creating your own assets, you will notice how easily it gets messy.

You create an asset, you upload it in two layers, then you realize that the size is not the right one and now you have to delete it and come back to photoshop.

Eventually, the platform will improve and you will be able to resize things in world. This is going to save us so much time!

Well, I came here today to give you some ideas on how to organize your assets.

Up until now, I have been using Google Drive, but the problem is that you can't add tags. And if you have more than 200 assets, good look with finding the one you are looking for if you didn't name them right.

The solution I found is Airtable.

This way, you can add categories, who is the artists, what's the copyright... etc. And you can create a form for your artists for them to submit the assets.
