Nangu will operate as a continuously evolving organization. In the following paragraph we will review how we envision Nangu to scale from where it is today to a global organization.
In the initial incorporation phase, we will incorporate Nangu Soul, and one or two network entities. Nangu Soul will include a founders stakeholder group and a worker-owner stakeholder group. Nangu Soul will in addition be the entity where investment funds flow into. Nangu Soul will then act as an investor and founder of the additional network entities with a capped share of 30%. The network entities also have a founder and worker owner stakeholder group.
We are now at a point where we have a solid foundation of Nangu business units operating. From hereon, we will start new business ventures based on the alignment with the Nangu vision. This includes the founding of a new Nangu village, regional support services and expanding into other countries.
