Using this system will allow you to upload a specially made CSV file template onto an FTP server which will be collected by our system and the order will be automatically placed based on the content of the document.

Using this System

To use this ordering method you’ll need:

• An FTP account provided by Nedis or you must have provided Nedis with the correct details where we can collect and import the file
• The template CSV file

Format

• Extension: csv
• Encoding: utf-8
• Field separator: ; (Semicolon)
• Text delimiter: “ (Double quote)

Detailed explanation of the labels

A header row containing the Field names is required. Non mandatory fields may be left blank. The csv file should always contain 25 fields.

Labels

A delivery address is not required for non-drop shipment orders. Delivery address will default to the your default delivery address .

If a GLN is filled and that GLN is known in our system, that address will be used instead.

Filling in DeliveryAddressNumber will cause the system to use the address known under your address number which can be located on your account.
