You can track all your orders at My orders page in the app and at Orders page at the website.
Click the order to get full info, including payment details, items and tracking number in delivery case. Click Track to open tracking website of delivery provider.
Processing - your order is being prepared for delivery or pickup
Shipping - your order has been prepared and shipped out. It is now on its way to you or to pickup point
In shop - your order is waiting for you in the store (in case of pickup)
Received - the order is successfully delivered or picked up
Not delivered - due to some reasons a courier couldn't complete delivery (request help or explanation in direct chat with the store)
Not received - due to some reasons you couldn't pickup your order (you can ask for refund or prolonged pickup option in direct chat with the store)
Is not paid - the order checkout is not completed, you can finish it any time at your convenience
