Using this system will allow you to receive a specially made CSV file showing your order confirmation in a CSV file onto an FTP server or email address of your choosing which will be exported by our system.

Using this System

To use this confirmation method you’ll need:

An FTP account or a valid email address

• Provided by Nedis to you, or you must provide Nedis with your own FTP location details where we can deliver the csv file

Format

• Extension: csv
• Encoding: utf-8
• Field separator: ; (Semicolon)
• Text delimiter: “ (Double quote)

Detailed explanation of the labels

A header row containing the Field names is required. Non mandatory fields may be left blank. The csv file should always contain 25 fields.
